What the program does
The program treats ecosystems as productive assets: it develops the business case for protecting them, and the measurement that lets others pay for what they deliver.
Work spans forest and peatland management, watershed ecosystem services, blue economy and coastal resilience, and integrated forest business licensing. Each engagement asks the same two questions: what does the landscape produce beyond commodities, and which of those services can carry a financing structure.
Warned by Nature, Recover with Nature
Increasing resilience through nature-based recovery in Aceh, North Sumatera, and West Sumatera.
The program's assessment of the floods sets out what upstream forest and watershed condition contributed to the damage, and which recovery measures reduce exposure to the next event rather than rebuilding it.
